Red Ribbon Week

What a fun week we've had!  Mrs. Free, our counselor, taught us about being drug free.   Here's a picture of our class and the ribbon we tied around a tree in front of the school in observance of Red Ribbon Week.

Yellow Butter, Purple Jelly Poem

This week we've been practicing fluency and looking at words that have the "ick" chunk in them.  The kids have done an awesome job memorizing this poem.  Hope you enjoy it!
